These Terms of Service govern the engagement between your organization and EG Technology Limited for technology consulting, engineering, and related advisory services.
EG Technology Limited provides product strategy, hardware and software development, and systems integration services. Deliverables are defined in a written agreement or statement of work. Project timelines may change due to technical dependencies, approvals, or third-party constraints.
Successful delivery requires active collaboration. The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant information, systems, and decision-makers. Delays in client feedback or access may impact delivery schedules.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable agreement. Any third-party tooling, licensing, hosting, or platform charges are generally billed separately unless otherwise stated. EG Technology Limited is not responsible for third-party billing policies.
Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers as specified in the contract. EG Technology Limited retains ownership of pre-existing materials, internal methods, tools, and general know-how used to provide services.
EG Technology Limited provides services with reasonable care and professional standards. However, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses beyond limits defined in the relevant agreement.
Either party may terminate services under the terms in the applicable agreement. On termination, EG Technology Limited will perform a professional handover of agreed project materials and revoke access where appropriate.
